Deborah “Debbie” Sue Boyer, 57, came face to face with her Lord and Savior on July 11, 2022 in Ocala, Florida. She was born October 25, 1964 to Jack Draper and Ellen Rittenhouse in Coldwater, Michigan.
She is preceded by Jack Draper (Father), Ron Milstead (Step Father), Mary and Bernard Boyer (Mother-in-law and Father-in-law). She is survived by Ellen Milstead (Mother), Jeff and Heather Davenport (Brother and Sister-in-law), Cory, Ryan and Taylor Davenport (Nephews and Niece), Rick and Gail Davenport (Brother and Sister-in-law), Carly and Jenna Davenport (Nieces), Ashley Banta (Daughter), Hayden Banta (Grandson), Joe Gest (Godson), Cassi Arredondo (God Granddaughter), Shannon and John Harmon (Daughter and Son-in-law), six fur babies and all Sunny Pits Rescue pups.
Growing up, she loved playing sports, especially basketball and softball. She was always involved with her daughters extracurricular activites including PTO, choir, cheerleading, and church events. She was very involved in church activites at Community Harvest Baptist Church including secretarial work, bookkeeping, Vacation Bible School, and Awana (teacher and commander). She aided the Sunny Pits Rescue for three years and helped facilitate rescues around the area. She loved watching football, especially when The University of Alabama was on. ROLL TIDE! Her passion was the church mission trips to Mexico, which she attended for nine years. She loved the Lord and was always serving others.
A celebration of life service will be held 2:00 PM July 24, 2022 at the First Baptist Church of Summerfield, FL with a fellowship to follow.
