The Reading with Rangers & Friends program will be making its second-to-last stop at Scott Springs Park on Friday, July 22, from 11 a.m. to noon.
During the event, an Ocala Park Ranger and special guests from Ocala Fire Rescue will be at the park, which is located at 2825 SW 24th Avenue, to read some fun stories to the children in attendance.

The weekly program, which is hosted by the Ocala Recreation and Parks Department in partnership with the Marion County Public Library System, will wrap up next week with a trip to Citizens’ Circle (151 SE Osceola Avenue) on July 29.
The events are free to attend and open to the public. Registration is not required, and all visitors are encouraged to pack a snack, blanket, or chair.
