Sharon A. Kerridge, 76, of Ocala, Florida entered into rest on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at her home in Ocala, Fl.
Born on August 9, 1945 in Buffalo, NY, she was the daughter of Donald A. Miller and Gloria Helen Zurlo Miller.
Sharon graduated from Grover Cleveland High School and then moved to Florida to work at Cape Kennedy. On April 12, 1969 she married George G. Kerridge. Together they made their home on the Ridge in Gaines, NY where Sharon ran a country store in the front of her building where they also lived until 1998 when they relocated to Ocala, Fl.
Sharon is predeceased by her parents and her brothers Robert C. Miller and Wade Darwin. She is survived by her sister, Donna Miller-Gordon, her brother, Michael, her brother-in-law Steve Gordon and her sister-in-law’s Donna Faye Miller and Linda Darwin. Also her nephews Jason Miller, Steven Miller, James Kerridge, Heather (Ron) Kerridge-Smith, Rebecca Kerridge Lieving, two special nephews Dan & Jay Nottingham: several great and great-great nephews and nieces. She is also survived by sister-in-law Linda (Kurt) Kerridge Benz.
Sharon has requested that no formal burial service be performed. Remember her in your heart. Burial will be held at Mt. Albion Cemetery, Albion, N.Y.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Sharon’s name to the no-kill animal shelter near you. George and Sharon both had a love for animals and rescued many over the years.
