Early voting underway in Marion County for 2022 Primary Election

Registered voters in Marion County have until 6 p.m. on Saturday, August 20 to cast their early votes for the 2022 Primary Election.

Early voting will be available to all registered voters from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the following locations:

  • Marion County Election Center (981 NE 16th Street in Ocala).
  • Belleview Public Library (13145 SE Highway 484 in Belleview).
  • Deputy Brian Litz Building (9048 SW Highway 200 in Ocala).
  • Dunnellon Public Library (20351 Robinson Road in Dunnellon).
  • Forest Public Library (905 S Highway 314A in Ocklawaha).
  • Freedom Public Library (5870 SW 95th Street in Ocala).
  • Mulberry Center (8445 SE 165th Mulberry Lane in The Villages).
  • Reddick Community Center (4345 NW 152nd Street in Reddick).
  • Silver Springs Shores Community Center (590 Silver Road in Ocala).

Election Day will be held on Tuesday, August 23, and polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. All vote-by-mail ballots must be received by the Supervisor of Elections office (981 NE 16th Street in Ocala) by no later than 7 p.m. on the day of the election.

According to the Marion County Supervisor of Elections, residents must be registered as a voter on or before July 25 in order to be eligible to vote in the 2022 Primary Election.

The ballot will include three Marion County School Board Districts and the Marion County Board of County Commissioners District 4 seat.
