Adult Co-Ed Basketball League extends registration deadline through September 23

The City of Ocala Recreation and Parks Department is looking for individuals and established teams to participate in the Adult Co-Ed Basketball League’s fall season at the E.D. Croskey Recreation Center.

The season, which began on September 6, runs through October 13. On Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the season, games will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the E.D. Croskey Recreation Center, which is located at 1510 NW 4th Street in Ocala.

The league offers full-court, 5-on-5 (8-person max roster) play with 2 referees, stat tracking, and a scorekeeper in attendance at each game.

The season includes 10 regular season games with all teams making a single elimination playoff at the end. Numbered jerseys will be provided for all players.

While the season is currently in progress, the registration deadline has been extended through September 23 for established teams and individuals who are looking to join a team.

The league is for adults (ages 18 and up), and there is a $35 fee per player.
