Ocala man arrested after allegedly exposing himself to two women in parking lot

A 44-year-old Ocala man was arrested by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) after he was accused of exposing himself to two women in a parking lot.

On Tuesday, October 25, an MCSO deputy responded to the Lowe’s home improvement store located at 7575 SW 90th Street in reference to a suspicious person. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with the two female victims who advised that Christopher Todd Piscitelli had exposed himself to them.

Piscitelli was at the incident location when the deputy arrived on scene. While the deputy was speaking with the victims, Piscitelli began walking away, according to the MCSO report.

The deputy made contact with Piscitelli and attempted to detain him during the investigation. While the deputy spoke with Piscitelli, the deputy noted in the report that Piscitelli asked if he could dump a bag of chips that he was holding on the deputy. The deputy removed the bag from his hands.

The report further stated that Piscitelli asked if he could urinate on the deputy. Piscitelli then grabbed a gallon of water, which the deputy also removed from his hands.

According to the MCSO report, the deputy attempted to place Piscitelli in handcuffs due to his “erratic behavior.” The deputy noted in the report that Piscitelli placed his hands behind his back in an effort to resist the deputy.

Once he was handcuffed, Piscitelli began pulling away from the deputy, and he refused to walk towards the deputy’s patrol vehicle. The deputy responded by bringing Piscitelli down to the ground on his stomach, and Piscitelli began kicking with his legs. The MCSO report stated that those kicks struck the deputy in the “hip area.”

Additional MCSO units arrived on scene and placed Piscitelli inside the deputy’s patrol vehicle. The deputy then returned to the two victims to discuss the alleged incident involving Piscitelli.

The first victim stated that she had just left work and was walking in the parking lot when she noticed Piscitelli near her vehicle. She stated that Piscitelli walked away from her vehicle, turned around, and exposed his sexual organs to her.

The first victim advised that she alerted a male manager who arrived in the parking lot with the second victim.

According to the second victim, Piscitelli had started a fire in the parking lot underneath a bucket. Shortly after she began recording the incident on her cellphone, Piscitelli allegedly attempted to enter two rental trucks.

After the second victim and the manager stopped Piscitelli from entering the rental trucks, she advised that Piscitelli pulled down his underwear, exposed his sexual organs, and “showed his butt” to her.

The manager told the deputy that Piscitelli had allegedly knocked over and damaged a Lowe’s sign, which was valued at $100.

The deputy returned to the patrol vehicle that Piscitelli was seated in, and upon entering the vehicle, Piscitelli asked if he could spit in the deputy’s face, according to the MCSO report. He then spat through the divider in the vehicle, which struck the deputy’s right arm.

The MCSO report stated that on September 22, 2022, Piscitelli was convicted of exposure of sexual organs in a separate case that occurred in Marion County.

Piscitelli was arrested and transported to Marion County Jail where he is currently being held on $31,000 bond. He is facing felony charges for exposure of sexual organs (second or subsequent offense), battery on an officer (two counts), and resisting an officer without violence, along with a misdemeanor charge for criminal mischief with property damage ($200 or under).

A court date has been scheduled on Tuesday, November 29 at 9 a.m., according to jail records.
