Ocala Electric Utility is happy to report that power has been fully restored to thousands of customers after all outages caused by Tropical Storm Nicole were closed.
On its Facebook page, OEU stated that 146 outages were closed throughout the city, which resulted in a total of 9,723 customers regaining power.
OEU shared multiple photos that were taken around the city as crew members worked diligently to restore power in the area.
In a social media post, Ocala Electric Utility stated, “Thank you for your support and good vibes the past few days. Those encouraging words help keep us energized and motivated.”
