Mary Jane “MJ” Armstrong, 68, of Ocala, Florida, passed away on November 14, 2022, in Gainesville, Florida.
Mary Jane was born in Dover, New Jersey to Frank and Angela (Ceddia) Burbridge on September 25, 1954. She worked as a Loan Operations Officer for over 40 years. Her hobbies include spending time with her grandchildren, loving her dog Jeter, playing Words with Friends, and golf. She was also an avid reader.
Mary Jane was a parishioner of Queen of Peace Catholic Church where she also served as an usher.
Mary Jane is survived by her husband Michael of Ocala; her daughter, Stacey (Trevor) Worley, St. Augustine, FL; granddaughters, Ruby and Lucy, St. Augustine, FL; her siblings, William (Robbie Bonnie) Burbridge, Robert Burbridge, Elizabeth Burbridge, Francis Burbridge, and John Burbridge, all of New Jersey.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 21, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at San Lorenzo Cemetery, 1635 US 1 South, St. Augustine, FL, with Deacon Bryan Ott officiating. A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Roberts of Ocala Downtown Chapel. Roberts of Ocala Funerals and Cremations will be handling the funeral arrangements.
