Donald M. Roth, beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother, passed away on Wednesday, November 30th 2022, in Ocala Florida. Don was eighty-nine years old. He was born to Michael and Elizabeth Roth, and was raised in Buffalo, New York. He is survived by his loving wife, Eleanor (Arends) Roth, to whom he was married for sixty-five years. They lived in Syracuse, New York for many years where they raised their two children. They enjoyed retirement in Ocala and made many friends with neighbors and their church family.

He is survived by his daughter, Donna Roth, her husband, Kelly Vickery, his grandsons Walker Vickery and Chase Vickery. He is also survived by his son, Andrew Roth and his wife, Carolyn. He also leaves behind his brother John Roth and wife Nancy Roth. His brother Michael Roth passed away several years ago.

Don was a lay minister in the New Apostolic Church for 35 years, devoted to serving his church family. Don was a kind man who didn’t know a stranger. He had several occupations over the years including baker, butcher and custodial work, but his primary career was spent as a machinist and inspector with Carrier Corporation for many years.

He was a proud and honorable veteran in the Army 933rd Anti-Aircraft Artillery who served in Korea from 1953 to 1955.

Services will be held for friends and family at the New Apostolic Church in Ocala, with burial at Bushnell Veterans Cemetery.
