Clayton G. Starling, 74, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on January 2, 2023 in Ocala, FL.
He was born August 3, 1948 to Clayton G. Starling I and Mary White Starling in Ocala, FL. He owned and operated Clayton’s Small Engine Repair shop for almost 40 years. He was a proud member of the Elks Lodge #286, Morning Star Masonic Lodge #94 and Unity Baptist Church. He was an avid boater who loved to be on the water with his beautiful wife who called him Captain.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife, Marilyn Woehrle Starling; children, Shannon Stewart (Keith), Troy Starling (Donna), Serena Irvine (Enoch), Becky Rodgers; sister, Dianne Douglas; 14 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He is preceded by his parents; sons, Kirk Starling and Danny Rodgers; brother, Billy Starling.
A private service will be held by the family with his inurnment at Highland Memorial Park.
