Trumpeter Chris Botti to perform at Reilly Arts Center this weekend

Chris Botti, a Grammy Award-winning master trumpeter and composer, will return to the Reilly Arts Center on Sunday, January 22.

Since the release of his 2004 critically acclaimed album When I Fall In Love, Botti has become the largest selling instrumental artist in the United States. Throughout his career, he has earned a variety of honors including multiple Gold and Platinum albums, along with four jazz albums that reached number one on the charts.

Botti is a skilled trumpeter with a sound that transcends musical boundaries, and he plays everything from jazz to pop to rock. Over the past 30 years, he has shared the stage with many musical legends such as Sting, Barbra Streisand, Tony Bennett, Yo-Yo Ma, Frank Sinatra, Paul Simon, and Andrea Bocelli.

Whether he is performing with symphonies or at renowned venues across the globe, Botti exudes joy onstage and likes to let his fellow musicians shine during each concert.

Botti’s upcoming performance at the Reilly Arts Center (500 NE 9th Street in Ocala) will begin at 4 p.m. Tickets are still available and range from $60 to $145.
