Levitt AMP Ocala Music Series returns to Webb Field in April

The City of Ocala has announced that the 2023 Levitt AMP Ocala Music Series will kick off at Webb Field on Friday, April 14.

The Levitt AMP Ocala Music Series will take place at Webb Field at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Recreation Complex (1501 NW 4th Street in Ocala) every Friday, beginning on April 14 through June 23 (excluding May 26), from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The series is sponsored in part by the Mortimer & Mimi Levitt Foundation, a national funder of creative placemaking that empowers communities to inject new life into underused public spaces. Through the upcoming outdoor concerts, the Levitt AMP Ocala Music Series will present ten family-friendly concerts to the public this year.

The official lineup for the concert series will be announced at a later date, according to the city. In addition to live music, the events will feature food trucks and the Ocala Recreation Mobile with a variety of activities.

Admission to each concert is free, and the public is encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs.

The Levitt AMP Ocala Music Series is a joint partnership between the Marion Cultural Alliance and the City of Ocala, and it is sponsored by the Levitt Foundation, Ocala Electric Utility, Downtown Billiards, 98.5 KTK, Kona Ice Ocala, Angie Lewis State Farm, TJM Promotions, and Mojo’s Grill and Catering.
