Russell Edward Maybaum, born, August 18, 1957, in Crown Point, Indiana, to Dean and Alberta Maybaum. After a yearlong battle of health complications, the Lord called Rusty home on January 24, 2023, in Ocala Florida.
Rusty was raised in Crown Point Indiana, where he worked for his dad at Dean and Son’s Plumbing and was part owner of The Track and Lounge. Rusty moved to Ocala, Florida in 1990, where he opened his own company, Rusty’s Plumbing, in 1996 and was a successful business owner until the day of his passing. Rusty enjoyed all aspects of life, including boating, fishing, cooking, watching football, especially the Green Bay Packers, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
Rusty married Annette Ruppert on September 21, 1996, and raised his two daughters, Nicole and Kaitlyn.
Rusty survived by his wife of 26 years Annette, two daughters Nicole and Kaitlyn of Ocala Florida, brother Randy (Kay) Maybaum of Crown Point Indiana, niece Amy Lavender of Minneapolis Minnesota, and his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Dean and Alberta Maybaum and his brother Robert Maybaum.
