Youth Nerf competition coming to Mary Sue Rich Community Center

Marion County’s younger residents will be able to put their Nerf skills to the test during an upcoming event at the Mary Sue Rich Community Center at Reed Place.

On Saturday, March 11, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Youth Nerf Challenge will take place at the Mary Sue Rich Community Center, which is located at 1821 NW 21st Avenue in Ocala.

The Nerf competition is open to children ages 5 to 12, and it will feature several events including capture the flag, last man standing, and freeze tag.

To register for the competition, visit the City of Ocala Recreation and Parks Department website. Registration will remain open through Friday, March 3, and there is a cost of $10 per participant.
