To the Editor:
I live in the city limits and the electricity bills have gotten out of hand. I can go all month without using air conditioning or heat, and my total bill is still over $350. Once summer is here, I wont be able to afford to keep my household at a comfortable temperature.
I know people that live outside the city that leave their air set at 72 degrees all the time and pay around $200. Of course, they pay separate bills for water and garbage, but it still comes out way cheaper. In the city, there are so many different fees and charges.
