To the Editor:
I saw a recent letter about phone service in Ocala as well. I live just off of I-75 on 44th Avenue and I can get on the internet sometimes. It seems as though they either turn off the towers or turn them down. I have a lot of problems, especially at night. It takes almost an hour to look at any place I try to check out online or to check my email. I have Verzion as well. I use my phone to get online and it’s frustrating. There are at least three towers near me, yet the internet is horrible. Something needs to be investigated to see what’s going on.
