Marion County Sheriff’s Office looking for missing, endangered 60-year-old man last seen in Ocala

The Marion County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help from the public to locate a missing and endangered 60-year-old man who was last seen in Ocala on Wednesday evening.

At approximately 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Leslie Eugene Haxton was last seen in the 400 block of Spring Drive in Ocala. He was wearing a tan shirt with a dog on the back, tan cargo shorts, and gray shoes, according to MCSO.

Leslie is 5’9” tall, he weighs approximately 190 pounds, and he has blue eyes and brown hair. Deputies believe that he left the area in his gray 2011 Chevy Silverado bearing Florida tag KTR I97.

Leslie has medical conditions that require him to take medications, which he does not have with him. Due to him being without his medications, there are concerns that he could suffer a medical emergency.
