Mark Novosel, 68, of Youngstown, Ohio, passed away on March 14, 2023, in Ocala, Florida.
Mark was born in Youngstown, OH, to Mark E. Novosel and Mary Laffey-Novosel on April 30th, 1954. He attended Woodrow Wilson High School and graduated in 1972. He owned his own company, Warehouse Wizard Inc., out of South Florida where he liquidated warehouses for the past twenty years. Prior to his warehouse business he owned and operated a rehabilitation center, Stepping Stone, in Niles, Ohio, where he helped many people on their path to recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. He was semi-retired and enjoyed racing cars, riding his Indian motorcycle, cooking and traveling around the US in his RV with his faithful friend, Elvis the cat. Mark was a dear friend and father figure to many people. He was always willing to help anyone in need.
Mark is survived by his daughters, Robin Graham of Youngstown, OH, and Jodi Novosel, of Key West, FL. He also leaves behind his, granddaughter, Sydney Heinbaugh; stepdaughters, Courtney Walter, Jennifer Walter, stepson, Bernie Walter, brother, Matthew Novosel, niece, Kalynn Novosel, nephew, Matthew Novosel, girlfriend, Genevith Lacayo, and his cat, Elvis. He is preceded in death by his parents, Mark and Mary Novosel and his sister, Mariellen Minto.
Mark will be cremated at Roberts of Ocala in Ocala, FL and his ashes will be spread in the waters off Key West, Florida, as he wished. In lieu of flowers or donations, please do an unexpected and unsolicited act of kindness for someone in his memory.
