The City of Belleview is inviting residents from the city and surrounding communities to attend this weekend’s celebration of Belleview’s history.
On Saturday, May 6, the second annual Founder’s Day event will take place at Lake Lillian, which is located on SE Robinson Road. The festivities will kick off at 10 a.m. with the unveiling of the City of Belleview’s new seal at the large pavilion, and the event will run through 3 p.m.
Attendees will be able to shop from over 40 vendors, and multiple food trucks will be on-site including Fat Tiki, Kona Ice Ocala, Kettle Corn King of Florida, Cuban Mambo, and Cousins Maine Lobster.
The family-friendly event will also offer plenty of activities for the children in attendance, such as free kids crafts, bounce houses, a petting zoo, a train ride, and face painting.
