The City of Belleview is currently accepting rental reservations at the Belleview Community Center for private events that will take place in the months of October, November, and December.

The Belleview Community Center (5615 SE 110th Place in Belleview) is available for rentals on Friday through Sunday, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. The 1,750 square-foot venue can hold up to 100 individuals, but that number is dependent on the amount of tables and chairs that are being used.

According to the city, the Belleview Community Center is ideal for meetings, training sessions, birthday parties, baby and bridal showers, family reunions, and more.
For each private event, the community center will provide 16 tables and 79 folding chairs. A kitchen is available which contains a handwashing sink, refrigerator and freezer, ample counter space, cabinets, and several large trash cans.

The community center also includes a men’s and women’s bathroom with handicap accessible stalls.
