The Belleview Police Department is looking for residents who are interested in a career in law enforcement.
BPD is currently accepting applications for full-time police officers. According to the City of Belleview, the starting pay for a police officer is $25.73 per hour ($53,518.40 annually).
In addition, full-time BPD officers receive insurance, benefits, retirement, and a patrol vehicle that they can take home.
Applications are available online, and candidates may submit their completed paperwork via fax (352-245-4330) or in person at City Hall (5343 SE Abshier Boulevard in Belleview).
