A home that was originally built in 1927 and underwent extensive renovations in 2010 has been listed for sale at $409,900.

The jump in price follows a trend evident across dozens of new homes for sale in Ocala.

Earlier this year, a 14-acre property was listed for $2.1 million. That same property was sold for $365,000 in 2016.

A home in Golden Hills Turf and Country Club was listed for $615,350 after selling for $220,000 in 2017.

A bungalow-style pool home in Ocala’s Historic District that sold for $319,500 in 2019 was listed for $615,000 earlier this month.
