Peter S. Pallitto, 83, passed away, after an 8 month illness on July 3rd in Ocala, Florida.

Pete was born in Newark, NJ to parents Vito and Mary Pallitto. He served his country in the US Air force from 1958-1962. In 1960 he met and married the love of his life, Betty Ann, an Army brat, in Izmir,Turkey. He went on to Newark College of Engineering (currently Seton Hall) to become a self employed precious metal refiner, Metallurgist in Dallas, Texas in 1969. In 2019, he and his wife Betty Ann moved to Ocala, Florida.

He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Betty Ann, daughters Michelle and Denise of Dallas. Two grandsons, David and Robert, three granddaughters, Toni, Erin and Tara, two great grand daughters, Hannah and Brilynn, sister Florence, brother Anthony both of Newark, NJ. He was predeceased by his oldest daughter Angel in 2015 and brothers William (Billy) in 2006 and Vito in 2010.

Pete was the most caring and dedicated husband, father and grandfather that anyone could have asked for. Life without him will be difficult.
