Charles E. Naperski, a retiree of Ocala, Fla., passed away Saturday, Feb. 3, 2024.

Charles, formerly a resident of Larksville and Jupiter, Fla., was born Oct. 13, 1956, to Charles and Antonette Naperski. He was the oldest of Five children. “Charlie” (as he was known by to most people) graduated from Wyoming Valley West High School and Embry-Riddle University and proudly served in the U.S. Navy.

He lived most of his life in Jupiter, Fla., where he worked at Pratt & Whitney for over 35 years, engineering and building jet/rocket engines for military, commercial air and space craft. When not working, he enjoyed exercising, riding bicycles, gardening and having a cold one while watching his favorite team, the Philadelphia Eagles.

Charlie is survived by his former wife, Lynn Bayles, Okeechobee, Fla.; daughter, Jessica Naperski, Daytona Beach, Fla.; son, Charles “Brad” Naperski; daughter-in-law, Vivian; grandsons, Carson and Mason Naperski, Rock Hill, S.C.; siblings, Edward Naperski and his wife, Carol; William “Bill” Naperski; Cheryl Labatch and her husband, James; and Maria Stasukinas and her husband, Edward, Larksville; and several nephews.

Services will by held in his hometown in Pennsylvania; dates to be determined.
