Reading with Rangers continues at Ocala Wetland Recharge Park

The Reading with Rangers & Friends program will make its next stop at the Ocala Wetland Recharge Park this week.

The event will take place on Friday, June 14, at 10 a.m. at the park, which is located at 2105 NW 21 St.

During the gathering, an Ocala Park Ranger will read stories to children in attendance. The program takes place every Friday and will continue throughout this and next month.

The upcoming schedule of events is as follows:

June 21 at Toms Park, located at 2245 N Magnolia Ave.

June 28 at Scott Springs Park, located at 2825 SW 24th Ave.

July 12 at Tuscawilla Park, located at 800 NE Sanchez Ave.

July 19 at Fort King National Historic Landmark, located at 3925 E Fort King St.

July 26 at Citizens’ Circle, located at 151 SE Osceola Ave.

All readings are free to attend and open to the public. Registration is not required, and all visitors are encouraged to pack a snack, blanket, or chair.
