The Early Learning Coalition of Marion County is asking the community to consider making a diaper donation as the organization’s inventory runs critically low.
On Monday, the organization issued a public statement asking local residents who are able to drop off diapers, sizes 2T and larger, at its office (2300 SW 17th Road, Ocala). The ELCMC is open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Diapers may also be purchased online and delivered to the office.
“Your generosity will help put these much-needed resources in the hands of local parents/caregivers who depend on this outreach,” reads the statement from the organization.
Founded over 25 years ago, the ELCMC serves children and families in the community through early learning programs and other resources that optimize the learning environments for students.
