A church in Ocala is inviting locals of all ages and all faiths to an art class that will celebrate and foster the “Art of Kindness” through rock painting, watercolors, bracelet-crafting, and other forms of artistic expression.
Fort King Presbyterian Church will host “Art 4 All” on Sunday, August 18, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at its fellowship hall (13 NE 36th Ave) in Ocala. The program takes place on the third Sunday of each month.
According to the organization, the class will feature high-quality, creative activities for all ages, all faiths, and all ability levels, providing an opportunity for family bonding and meeting with other families of similar interests.
During this month’s class, several mediums will be made available to participants, including watercolors, fabrics, and decoupage journals, among others. A table of free-form art supplies will be provided for anyone who wants to freestyle.
