Beale H Kinsey, aged 85, passed away on August 27, 2024, in Ocala, Florida. Born on January 5, 1939, Beale dedicated 21 years of his life to the Navy, retiring as a lieutenant commander. After his military service, he continued to shape young minds and bodies as an ROTC instructor and golf coach at Kecoughtan High School in Hampton, Virginia.

Beale was a proud alumnus of Penn State University, where he cultivated the foundations of leadership and service that defined his career. His passions included playing golf, perfecting the art of grilling steaks, and spending cherished moments with his family.

He is survived by his stepsons, Ronnie and George Cater; grandsons, Brian, Corey, Jason, David, and Billy Cater; and many great-grandchildren who will miss his guidance and presence. Beale was preceded in death by his parents, Sarah Sue and Grover Beale Kinsey; his wife, Bobbie Kinsey; and stepsons, Jackie and Larry Cater.

Beale’s life was marked by his commitment to service, education, and family, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew him. His legacy will continue to inspire future generations.
