Ocala Sun RV Resort bills itself as one of the best RV parks in Ocala, offering full hook-ups, a heated pool, and other resort-style amenities. Currently, there are 387 sites spread across the park.

Located at 2559 SW Hwy 484 in Ocala, county records show that the previous owners purchased the property for $14,628,000 in 2018.

After purchasing it in 2018, the owners made various improvements to the facility, including installing new park models.

The RV park is situated near one of the busiest interchanges in Ocala at Interstate 75 and SW Hwy 484.

That area has seen the addition of multiple commercial and residential projects, including a new Pepsi distribution center that opened earlier this year, a Wawa that opened last week, a new SuperWash that opened in June, and a food truck park that opened in March.
