A 70-acre horse farm located a couple of miles north of Ocala has just been listed for sale for $3.1 million.
Located at 8010 NW 125th Avenue, the 70.74-acre property was listed for sale for $3,100,000 last week by Showcase Properties of Central Florida.
According to Marion County records, the property is split into two parcels. It was owned by Treesa Drury, who passed away in January 2023. Now, the property is registered to the late Drury’s estate.
The property features a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2,800-square-foot home with a split floor plan, a main barn with 14 stalls, a hay barn, and several other amenities for equestrians.
Those amenities include at least 11 paddocks of varying sizes, large open pastures, a round pen, a eurocizer, and multiple arenas, according to the listing.
Records show that the original structures on the property were constructed in the mid-to-late 1970s.
A 45,000-square-foot arena was built in 2005 and in 2009, several sheds totaling just over 1,000 square feet in size were added to the property.
