Situated at 474 SW 17th Street, the property was sold by COT WG Meadow, LLC to Radin Enterprises, LLC for $4,800,000 on Friday, September 27, according to a deed filed with the Marion County Clerk of Court.
State corporate records show that COT WG Meadow, LLC is registered to Joseph Sanz, who is the founder of Orion Investment and Management Ltd. Corp. in Miami. Radin Enterprises, LLC is registered to Carol Radin.
Radin’s LinkedIn profile lists Radin as the president of an insurance agency in Oceanside, New York.
The single-story, 16,744-square-foot drug store was built in 2018 on the property, which has 233 feet of frontage on SW 17th Street.
According to county records, Walgreen Co. sold the property for $4,114,689.46 to COT WG Meadow, LLC on November 27, 2023.
The new sales price is approximately $685,310.54 more than the previous sales price, which represents an increase of 16.7%.
An online real estate listing suggests Walgreens recently renewed its commercial lease on the space.
