A cafe that recently opened its doors in downtown Ocala will host an official grand opening celebration this week after months of favorable reviews from the community.

Live Fire Chefs will celebrate its grand opening at 506 S Pine Avenue in Pine Plaza on Saturday, October 5.

Ocala-News.com was the first to report the opening of Live Fire Chefs Cafe earlier this Spring.

In July, our publication visited the cafe and sampled some of the scratch-made dishes at the restaurant, which is owned and operated by Chef Patrick Cahill.

A graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, Cahill brings over two decades of experience as an Executive Chef at different 4 and 5-star restaurants around the country.

Cahill’s new restaurant offers a fresh take on classic diner and cafe dishes, including burgers, steak and eggs, salads, and house-made soups and sandwiches, among other specialties.

In addition to its extensive food options, the restaurant also features a full coffee bar.

Although Live Fire Chefs Cafe originally offered breakfast and lunch hours when it first opened, the restaurant will now begin offering dinner hours as part of its grand opening.

Now, the restaurant will be open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
