The Sunset Song Series will continue in downtown Ocala this week with a performance by a band that was recently voted Orlando’s Best Rock Act.
Cat Ridgeway & the Tourists will perform on Wednesday, November 6, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Historic Downtown Square (1 SE Broadway Street).
From Orlando, the group was recently voted Orlando’s Best Rock Act and Best Singer/songwriter. Ridgeway is originally from Orlando and is known for her soulful vocals, high energy, and magnetic stage presence. In 2016, indie rock duo Tegan & Sara personally selected Cat as the winner of their worldwide cover contest.
The Sunset Songs Series is free to the public and open to all ages. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets to watch the concert.
