A 17-year-old and 18-year-old were arrested in Marion County last week after a victim accused them of forcing her into a camper at gunpoint before they took turns raping her.
Jordan Audit, 17, and Austin Littleton, 18, were arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Detectives on December 30, 2024, for sexual battery involving physical force.
According to a statement from MCSO, the agency was tipped off by a juvenile victim on December 29, 2024, that she had been raped by Audit and Littleton.
The victim claims that she met Audit and Littleton while at a party on December 28, 2024. During the party, the victim learned that Audit had a gun in his possession.
At the end of the night, the victim says that Audit forced her to return to Littleton’s camper located at 13027 SE 118th Avenue Road in Ocklawaha.
According to the victim, Audit used the victim’s fear of the firearm to force her to comply.
A short time after Audit allegedly raped the victim, Littleton returned to the camper and began taking turns with Audit to rape and hold the victim down.
After the alleged rape, the victim says she was able to escape from the camper and got into her vehicle. Audit and Littleton followed her in an attempt to prevent her from leaving and continued to drive behind her after she fled.
According to authorities, the duo cut her off and forced her to stop. As they approached her vehicle, the victim says she began screaming and that Audit and Littleton then fled the scene.
During an interview with the suspects, both denied the allegations from the victim. However, MCSO says that physical evidence collected during a sexual assault forensic examination, as well as digital evidence, and the injuries Audit and Littleton sustained because of the victim’s resistance, all corroborated the victim’s version of events.
After his arrest, Audit was transported to the Marion County Department of Juvenile Justice. Littleton was transported to the Marion County Jail. Court records show that he is currently incarcerated without bond.
