An Ocklawaha man was arrested Sunday on out-of-county warrants for cyber stalking and assault with intent to do violence.
Justin Lee Greene, 29, was taken into custody by Marion County sheriff’s deputies shortly before 11 p.m. at his home, located at 2499 SE 185th Terr. The Duval County warrants for his arrest were issued May 29.
While en route to the Marion County Jail, Greene allegedly told a deputy that he “likes to burn children in the woods.” He also said he would find out where the deputy lives, a sheriff’s office report states.
Greene, who is no stranger to the Marion County legal system, was being held on $50,000 bond. Since October 2009, he has been housed at the jail six times. Prior to Sunday’s arrest, his most recent stay at the jail came on June 28, 2016, when he was charged with parole violations on burglary and grand theft charges.
