The Humane Society of Marion County’s Bark Bus will bring dogs, cats and other animals to Marion Oaks for a hands on experience later this month.
The free event will take place on Wednesday, July 31 at the Marion Oaks Community Center (294 Marion Oaks Ln) starting at 10 a.m. There will be educational classes and pet crafts in addition to the animal experience.
The organization has been accepting donations of dog food, cat food, blankets, pet toys, and any other pet-related items. Items can be dropped off at the Marion Oaks Recreation & Fitness Center until July 31.
