DialAmerica announced this week that the company has created 100 new job openings in their return to Ocala.
The new employees will support DialAmerica’s healthcare programs and Open Enrollment this fall, while receiving comprehensive training and materials to become licensed health insurance agents.
“We are thrilled to be hiring locally and excited to offer Marion County job-seekers the chance to receive free credentials to work in the rapidly growing healthcare field,” said Celia Thomas, DialAmerica’s manager of contact center operations in Ocala.
“We look forward to creating a family-friendly work environment with plenty of opportunities for employee advancement – whether you are just starting your career or looking for a change,” added Thomas.
The call center is located at 3300 SW 34th Avenue, Ocala, FL 34474, the same location where the company previously operated for more than 20 years before closing in 2015. DialAmerica has invested $200,000 in improvements to fully renovate and update the 7,000 square foot facility. The reopening of this facility expands DialAmerica’s footprint to 19 call centers across the U.S.
DialAmerica will provide all of the education and tools to support employees, including one-on-one coaching sessions, leadership training, and sales and service certifications. Employees will receive benefits such as competitive compensation, all expenses paid for testing and licensing fees, and flexible schedules that balance work and personal commitments.
