TJM Promos has indicated that they intend on giving 100% of the proceeds from new “Bahamas Strong” products to aid those impacted by Hurricane Dorian.
In a press release to Ocala-News.com, TJM Promos stated that they are producing shirts and wristbands with the phrase and that the profits would be given to the Green Turtle Cay Foundation’s Hurricane Dorian Relief fund, a registered 501(c)(3) charity.
The t-shirts feature the TJM original “Bahamas Strong” logo in yellow, black and teal, the colors of the Bahamian flag, on a Gildan 64000 White Softstyle® tee. Shirts for adults are $25 each, while youth sizes are $20 each. The wristbands are imprinted with the words “Bahamas Strong,” and are available in yellow, black or teal for $6 each (or all three for $10).
In addition to the fundraiser, TJM is offering to ship shirts that residents of Ocala purchase for donation to the Bahamas to those that do not have access to clean clothing.
The company is also encouraging churches, schools or offices that want to resell wristbands to raise additional funds for the relief effort to reach out for for special pricing on quantities of 50 or more.
