Over $100,000 was raised during the Chief Greg Graham Legacy Walk on Thursday.
The second annual event was held from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Zone Health and Fitness (524 S Pine Avenue in Ocala) in honor of the late police chief who was killed in a plane crash on October 25, 2020.

Donations, pledges, auction shoppers, and walkers helped the event exceed its $100,000 goal.

Portions of the proceeds from the event will benefit two of the late police chief’s passion projects: the Amnesty Program at Beacon Point and the Boys and Girls Club of Marion County.
All remaining proceeds will benefit the Chief Greg Graham Legacy Foundation.
Ben Marciano, the gym’s owner, said, “I absolutely love seeing so many people come out to support a great cause. We live in the best community.”
