The City of Belleview is looking for members of the community who would like to host a private party or celebration at the Belleview Community Center during the fall.
The community center, which is located at 5615 SE 110th Place in Belleview, is currently booking events for the months of October and November.
The community center is available for rentals on Friday through Sunday, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 10 p.m., and there is a limit of one rental per day. The 40-foot by 40-foot venue can hold up to 80 individuals, but that number is dependent on the amount of tables and chairs that are being used.
For each event, the community center will provide 15 tables (8 feet in length) and 83 folding chairs. A kitchen is available which contains a handwashing sink, refrigerator and freezer, ample counter space, cabinets, and three large trash cans.
The community center also includes a men’s and women’s bathroom with handicap accessible stalls.
To reserve space for an event, visit the City of Belleview website. There is a cost of $150 for city residents or $300 for non-residents, and a $100 deposit is required.
