(Update from the City of Ocala on August 23, 2022: Due to a gas line repair, Lillian Bryant Park and its splash pad will close beginning on Monday, August 29 through Friday, September 2. The park will reopen on Saturday, September 3).
The City of Ocala has announced that Lillian Bryant Park and its splash pad will close beginning on Tuesday, September 6 through Saturday, September 10 due to a gas line repair.
The park, which is located at 2200 NW 17th Place, will reopen to the public on Sunday, September 11.
The Lillian F. Bryant Community Center will operate as normal, according to a press release from the city. Park hours are from sunrise to sunset daily.
Due to construction within the park and near the splash pad, the area will be closed to the public. Construction will take place from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. During the construction times, residents may experience noise and heavy construction within the project area.
