Two drivers and a passenger were hospitalized on Wednesday afternoon following a three-vehicle crash at an intersection in Ocala.
At approximately 3:50 p.m., first responders were dispatched to the intersection of SW 60th Avenue and SW 38th Avenue due to reports of a multi-vehicle crash.

Ocala Fire Rescue units arrived at the intersection and observed two vehicles, a sedan and pickup truck, that were upright with moderate front-end damage. A second pickup truck was also on its side with an entrapped driver.

Medics tended to the occupants of the vehicles involved in the crash while OFR crews stabilized the rolled over pickup truck and removed its roof to extricate the driver.
A total of three people – the driver and passenger of the sedan and the driver of the rolled-over pickup truck – were transported to a local hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
The driver of the upright pickup truck was not injured in the crash.
The Ocala Police Department and Marion County Fire Rescue also responded to the scene of the accident.
