Ocala motorists can expect a temporary lane closure on SE 17th Avenue, between the intersections of SE 18th Avenue and U.S. 27/S Pine Avenue, through Tuesday, September 19.
TECO Energy crews will be uncovering an emergency valve for a gas regulator station, raising it to grade, and replacing the pavement. Equipment and personnel will be in the county right-of-way.
Crews will place barricades and signs to direct traffic through the work zones. Travelers should expect delays and use alternate routes when possible. Adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances may affect schedules.
