Stephen and Marcy Bellorini celebrated the grand opening of their second business, Ocala Personal Training, in the Shady Oaks Shopping Center in June, just a couple of weeks before Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ opened a few doors down.

Located at 2451 SW 27th Avenue, the business opened just a little over one year after the couple opened their first business, Ocala Nutrition Center, at 2606 SW 19th Avenue Road, Unit 101.

Stephen is a licensed doctor with multiple decades of experience and says that after he retired, he wanted to continue providing “personalized service for people who wanted” to improve their lifestyle. Marcy has been a competitive bodybuilder and a certified personal trainer for nine years, attaining her status as a master trainer in 2019.

The doctor says he was previously affiliated with a couple of nutrition stores when he lived Massachusetts, and that, upon moving to Florida in 2020, he felt Ocala would be a “good place to start a local supplement business.”

Unlike the “big supplement chains,” the couple says they provide unique knowledge and products that can’t be found at the big box stores.

“Our complimentary Evolt 360 body composition scanner will provide our clients with valuable information about their health and fitness,” said Dr. Bellorini in a statement. After the scan, the center’s fitness team creates a personalized nutrition game plan to help the client reach his or her goals.

The Bellorini’s training facility provides a one-on-one experience with a personal trainer to generate improvements in strength, balance, mobility, and weight loss. The facility also provides a variety of group classes for students of all ages that include a core & stretch variation, a senior variation, and a total body bootcamp.

Ocala Nutrition Center is open Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information on the company’s products or services, visit Ocala Nutrition Center online.
