Raymond Arthur Buck, age 87, of Waldo, Florida passed away on May 6, 2024 at Life Care Center. Ray was born on February 17, 1937 in Elkland, Pennsylvania to the late Arthur and Clarabell (Kirk) Buck.
Ray was a veteran of the United States Army serving during the Vietnam War. He was a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign War. Ray was a mechanic of automobile and diesel engines. He enjoyed going to flea markets and attending auctions along with traveling.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Clarabell; beloved wife, Shirley May Buck; daughter, Deborah Mullins; grandson, Jason Dake and brother, Charles Buck.
Ray is survived by his three daughters, Dawn M. Dube, Phyllis (Tom McCarty) Markowski and Sherry (DC) Buck; sister, Mary (Mike) Young; numerous grandchildren and several great and great grandchildren.
Ray’s wishes were not to have a funeral service. He will be cremated and laid to rest with his late wife at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Ocala, Florida.
