Sis. Rehanna’s journey began on July 24, 1971, in Black Bush Polder, Guyana. She was the cherished daughter of Permaul and Doreen Periatombi.

Growing up in Black Bush, Sis. Rehanna lived a very happy life. She attended Guyana Primary School, where she excelled in her studies and made lifelong friends. Guided by a desire to learn, she later furthered her education by studying computers.

Faith was the cornerstone of Sis. Rehanna’s life. While in Guyana, she attended the No. 54 New Testament Church of God. It was there that she accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior. Her devotion to God grew from that day forward, guiding her every action and word.

On 3rd January 2012, Sis. Rehanna was united in holy matrimony to her beloved husband, Krishnanand Persaud. Together, they built a life based on deep love and shared faith. God blessed their union. They have two beautiful children, Christina Persaud and Rita Hansraj, who brought immense joy and pride to her life.

In 2018, Sis. Rehanna moved to the United States to join her husband. She began faithfully attending The Family of God Church in Ocala, Florida.

Sis. Rehanna will be best remembered for her profound faith and her great inner strength. Despite the many difficult physical health challenges she endured, her desire to worship never wavered. She loved the house of the Lord and always wanted to be there, she smiled through her pain and never complained and she inspired many who witnessed her determination to praise God.

Through all her health battles, her husband Krishnanand stood faithfully by her side. His unwavering love, care, and devotion were a true blessing and comfort to her until the very end.

Sister Rehanna Persaud, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and beautiful memories.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Krishnanand Persaud. Her two beautiful daughters, Christina and Rita Hansraj. Her mother, Doreen Periatombi. Brothers – Denny Periatombi, Joshua Periatombi (Darshanie), and Samuel Periatombi (Maxine). Sisters – Rachel Anghad (Kay) and Rebecca Hemnuth (Gilbert). While our hearts are heavy with sadness, we take comfort in the promises of God. Sis. Rehanna has finished her race on earth. She is now free from all pain and is resting in perfect, eternal peace in heaven. We do not say goodbye forever.
