Loretta Ann Heidish, age 90, was born on November 18, 1935, in Akron, Ohio, to Eucal and Thelma Stalnaker. She passed away peacefully on June 16, surrounded by her loving family.

Loretta was proceeded in death by her beloved husband of 43 years, David, K Heidish, and her son, David E Heidish, both of Ocala.

She leaves behind a family who will forever cherish her memory, including her daughters, Lori Yancey of Ocala, Jan Casse of Ocala, and Sadie Meadows (Andrew) of Tampa; and her daughter-in-law, Ive Heidish of Ocala. She was a proud and devoted Nana to Natalie (Josh), Orlando (Meghan), Smith, Quentin, David, and Justis, and a loving great grandmother to eight great grandchildren. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and countless dear friends.

Loretta‘s greatest accomplishment was raising a loving and close-knit family. Her proudest moments were spent supporting her grandchildren in their activities, especially baseball. Her unwavering love, kindness, and devotion to our family will continue to inspire all who knew her.

A woman of deep faith Loretta reminded those around her every day of the importance of trusting in God. Her favorite saying, “to God be the glory,“ reflected the faith that guided her life and will remain a lasting legacy for her family.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered always.
