Ocala’s Reading with the Ranger series will return this week, offering a free, weekly literacy program for children and families.
The recurring Friday events take place from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. and feature interactive story time sessions led by a park ranger alongside hands-on activities, including nature observations and movement games.
The next session is scheduled for Friday, July 17, at the Mary Sue Rich Community Center at Reed Place, located at 1821 NW 21st Avenue.
For those unable to attend, there will be another Reading with Rangers on July 24 at Citizens’ Circle, located at 151 SE Osceola Avenue.
