Stephen “Steve” G. Brown, passed away on July 2, 2026, in Ocala, Florida, at the age of 80. Born on July 28, 1945 in Miami, Florida to Harold and Foye Brown.
Steve is survived by his former wife, Elena, and their son Stephen and daughter Heather; his eight grandchildren: Krystal, Zachary, Gianna, Gabriella, Anthony, Emma, Aubrey, and Ava; and his beloved dog Rex. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother George, and his daughter Valarie.
A father, Papa, and friend to many. Steve’s stories, humor, and warmth will be deeply missed, and his spirit will live on in the memories shared by those who knew and loved him.
A celebration of life is planned for later this year, with details to be shared at a later date.
