Alice Marie Croy, age 90, passed away Thursday, March 22, 2018 in Columbia City, Indiana. Born in Kansas, Alice was a member of First Baptist Church-Ocala, Florida. She had a passion for missions and was very involved in missions through her church. She enjoyed singing and was a part of several church singing groups over the years. Surviving are her daughters, Karen Frankle of Columbia City and Sharon (Richard) Jernigan of Ocala, FL; son-in-law, Jim Frankle of Columbia City, IN; four siblings; 5 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren. Alice was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years Kenneth Croy; father, Eugene Powell; mother, Nellie Powell; and 6 siblings.
Visitation will be held from 10am to 11am Saturday, April 21, 2018, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 5740 South Pine Avenue, Ocala, Florida 34491, with the Memorial Service starting at 11am. Memorial donations in Alice’s name may be made to the First Baptist Church of Ocala, 2801 SE Maricamp Rd Ocala, Florida 34471.
